1. Who we are
TawsilFast is a marketplace for building materials and construction supplies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. TawsilFast is a product of Syngymaxim, Hyderabad, India, which owns and operates it and publishes the TawsilFast apps ("TawsilFast", "we", "us"). Syngymaxim is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers the TawsilFast customer app, the TawsilFast – Supplier app, and our web portals. For any privacy question, contact us at info@tawsilfast.com.
2. What we collect
Account information
- Full name, mobile number (used to sign in with a one-time code), email address and preferred language.
Projects and delivery addresses (customers)
- Project or site name, address, district and city, and the map location you choose for delivery.
- Site photos you choose to add, and the people you invite to a project (contractor or supervisor).
Orders and activity
- Items, quantities, delivery dates and times, notes, delivery codes, order and payment status, cancellation and refund requests, ratings, and support tickets.
- Photos taken as proof of delivery.
Business details
- Customers may add business details for tax invoices: company name, VAT number, Commercial Registration (CR) number and address.
- Suppliers and distributors provide business name, contact person, VAT and CR numbers, business address, IBAN and bank details, and verification documents (CR, VAT certificate, national ID or Iqama, bank certificate).
Device and location
- A notification token so we can send order updates to your phone.
- Your location only when you use "current location" to set an address. We do not track your location in the background.
3. How we use it
- To create and secure your account, including one-time sign-in codes.
- To take, route, deliver and track orders, and to confirm delivery with a delivery code.
- To issue tax invoices and credit notes, and to settle payments with suppliers.
- To send order notifications by push, SMS or email, and to answer support requests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
- Suppliers receive what they need to fulfil your order: your name, contact number, delivery address and site details.
- Customers see the supplier's business name and the details on their tax invoice.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), maps and address search (Google Maps), push notifications (Google Firebase), and our SMS and email delivery providers.
- Authorities, such as the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), when the law requires it.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers operated by Amazon Web Services.
6. How long we keep it
- We keep your account data while your account is active.
- When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days.
- Orders and tax invoices are kept for 10 years after the transaction, as Saudi tax and commercial record-keeping laws require. Where possible they are kept without the personal details that are not needed for that purpose.
7. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and correct it in the app or by contacting us.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data — see Delete your account.
- Turn off notifications in the app or in your phone's settings.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access is limited to authorised staff, sign-in uses one-time codes, and verification documents are only available through time-limited links to authorised users.
9. Children
TawsilFast is a business service for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
