TawsilFast operates through delivery zones across Saudi Arabia. When you set your delivery location, the app shows you exactly which verified suppliers serve your zone — coverage grows as new suppliers join.

Browsing and ordering on TawsilFast is free for customers. You pay the listed price of the materials or services — always shown with VAT included — plus the delivery fee calculated before you confirm your order.

Payment is arranged with our team after you order — bank transfer, cash, or card at delivery. Online payment (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay) is coming soon. Every order comes with a ZATCA-compliant tax invoice.

Yes. Every order automatically generates a ZATCA-compliant tax invoice with VAT itemised, ready for your company accounts.

Yes. When ordering you choose the delivery date and time slot that suits your site, and you can split a single order across multiple delivery days as your project progresses.

You follow your order's status step by step in the app. At handover, you confirm the delivery with a one-time code, and the supplier captures photo proof of the delivered materials at your site.

You only confirm what actually arrived. If there is an issue, you can raise it through the app and our local operations team will review it — including refunds where they apply.

Register with your business details and upload your commercial registration and related documents. Our team verifies them, and once approved you can list your products, receive fairly assigned orders in your zones, and get paid by settlement to your IBAN.

Orders are assigned by a fairness-first system with human oversight in every territory. Work is spread across the verified suppliers in a zone, and good service — fast acceptance, on-time delivery, strong ratings — improves your standing. Paid plans never buy assignments.

The Basic plan is free — you list your products and receive orders at no monthly cost, with a commission applied per completed order. Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Enterprise) add analytics, extra branches, and priority support.

Completed orders are settled in batches and paid by bank transfer to your registered IBAN, with a statement itemising every order, commission, and payout.
